It's snowing....... we didn't quite make it out in time and are now holed up in Livingston, just above Yellowstone for the night. Yesterday we drove to Great Falls and stayed there the night where I looked out the window about 5.30am to see snow on the picnic table and ice all over the grass!!!!
Nothing else to do but cuddle back down for a few more hours. Today we left earlier and drove out of the bad weather but then it caught us up again and turned so bad we decided to just stop where we are (the hail and snow got so bad we couldn't continue). We have been warned to disconnect our water tonight as it will freeze.
Livingston was 80 degrees yesterday, 38 at 3pm today & tonight is predicted at 22 degrees (F).......it is freezing is at 32! LA on the other hand is having a heat wave.....
